A company is looking for a Senior Analyst of Manager Research. Key Responsibilities Implement the Strategy Research Process to identify and recommend high-quality investment strategies Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews and data analysis, to formulate investment recommendations Perform ongoing monitoring and risk assessments of investment strategies and present findings to relevant stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in investment strategy research or related fields Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset Active Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred; progress towards CFA also considered Professional experience using Morningstar Direct for investment strategy data analysis Willingness to obtain Series 65/66 and Series 7 licenses within 12 months of start date preferred
