Key Responsibilities
Act as system administrator for various corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance and managing user access
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of technology solutions
Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and data conversions while maintaining documentation and ensuring smooth transitions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant experience
3+ years of experience with Gong, Seismic, or other commercial sales applications
Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
Strong data management abilities
Experience in all phases of project cycles interfacing with technical teams and business users
