Senior Associate Volunteer Relations

A company is looking for a Leased Employee, Senior Associate Volunteer Relations. Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations and provide timely responses to volunteer relations concerns Advise and consult with staff and volunteer leaders on resolving volunteer relations issues Partner with various teams to implement solutions and provide training on volunteer relations techniques Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in employee or volunteer relations Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365/Office Suite Solid experience in conducting employee and/or volunteer investigations Ability and willingness to work evening and weekend schedules as needed
