Key Responsibilities Lead a multidisciplinary team to design and implement automated reporting workflows for rare disease testing Enhance the quality and scalability of whole exome and whole genome clinical reporting processes Collaborate with product and technical leaders to leverage existing technologies and develop new computational approaches Required Qualifications Advanced professional degree (PhD, MD, or MS) in a clinical or related technical field preferred 8-12 years of professional experience required 2+ years of leadership experience in a team environment Deep experience in a high-volume CLIA/CAP clinical reporting environment Understanding of human clinical genetics and machine learning applications
