A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Effectiveness to lead sales coaching, development, and enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement structured coaching frameworks and training curricula for sales roles
Conduct analysis of sales productivity and establish metrics for sales enablement
Develop and manage a 12-18-month Sales Enablement & Training roadmap
Required Qualifications
BS/BA Required
8+ years of sales enablement experience with expertise in coaching and training program development
3+ years of sales/sales operations experience in high tech, start-up, B2B organizations
3+ years of people management experience
Fluency in CRM and sales enablement platforms is a plus
