Provide strategic leadership in compensation, benefits, and HR data analytics
Collaborate with HR and finance leaders and lead a team in labor negotiations and compensation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in total compensation
Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
Experience driving large-scale compensation initiatives
Preferred: Master's degree in business administration or related field
