Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze consolidated and country Income Statements & Balance Sheet submissions for accuracy and compliance with Group Reporting Policy Lead monthly close meetings and manage cashflow forecasting and reporting Project manage internal audits and ensure robust and efficient controlling processes Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, including 3 years in a global or regional controller role Qualified accountant or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software principles Experience in reviewing financial statements on a global/regional scale Understanding of Career Transition Industry and/or HR Advisory business model is a plus
