A company is looking for a Sr. Immigration Specialist to manage immigration sponsorship and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Immigration Subject Matter Expert and liaise with various departments to facilitate employee transitions Oversee immigration programs, assist with procedures, and respond to immigration queries Track visa expirations, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and manage relationships with external service providers Required Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field, or HS Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience At least 5 years of experience in Immigration, Global Mobility, or a related field In-depth knowledge of US immigration laws, visas, and policies Relevant certifications (GMS, CGBP) preferred Ability to work independently and apply knowledge of immigration programs and policies
