Senior ITSM Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer, II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve IT Service Management processes, including incident, problem, change, and event management
Facilitate Major Incident conference calls and lead the end-to-end incident management process
Develop trend analysis and service improvement plans while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred, or 11 years of IT experience with 7 years in Change, Incident, and Problem management
3 years of technical experience in systems engineering, SRE, DevOps, or software engineering
4 years of direct experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
Experience with monitoring and performance tools such as DataDog, Dynatrace, or Splunk
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum) are preferred
