Vermont Licensed Configuration Specialist
A company is looking for a UEMR Configuration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the EMR system in collaboration with clinical, technical, and administrative teams
Address user inquiries regarding configuration changes and product functionality, providing creative solutions and timely responses
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, while acting as a subject matter expert for system users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
2-3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Healthcare Management Systems (HMS)
Knowledge of healthcare information systems and workflows in behavioral health
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
