A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Billing & Payment Operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement processes and controls for accurate and complete invoicing and billing across multiple systems Establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency in billing processes Lead the resolution of billing and cash application inquiries, while building processes to prevent future discrepancies Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in finance operations and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Experience in building complex financial models Familiarity with software such as Zuora, Stripe, Tableau, and proficiency in Excel and Google applications
