A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Development to lead enablement and training for field teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage new hire training and onboarding for field team members to accelerate productivity Design instructional materials and curricula tailored to field team needs Coach and up-skill team members to enhance performance and manage enablement programs Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development At least 3 years of experience in program development or program management Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in coaching and developing teams preferred
