A company is looking for a Senior Manager, OFAC & Sanctions Compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and implement an effective sanctions risk framework tailored to various jurisdictions and departments Support multiple functions in identifying and tracking sanctions risks and remediations Manage regulatory sanctions exams and audits, representing the company during discussions with regulators and auditors Required Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Minimum 7 years of sanctions-related experience with global sanctions expertise Professional certificates in sanctions compliance or risk management are advantageous but not required Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Data expertise to assess control effectiveness and articulate risks
