Key Responsibilities
Drives understanding and integration of acquired business units by documenting operations and establishing critical knowledge for stakeholders
Collaborates cross-functionally with Business Development, Solutions, and Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and introduce new service offerings
Facilitates effective knowledge transfer and business integration through structured documentation and training tools for Sales and Client Executives
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on insurance technology
5+ years of functional experience in leadership, operational improvement, business development, and strategic partnerships
Demonstrated track record of driving business growth
Experience in retail, wholesale, and MGA segments preferred
Experience in SaaS businesses preferred
