A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Training and Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement training content and learning experiences for digital products
Deliver interactive instruction through training materials and presentations in various environments
Facilitate workshops and provide organizational development support to ensure technology adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of management experience
3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, and enablement, preferably in the SaaS space
Experience with Learning Management Systems and Digital Adoption Platforms
Change management experience preferred
