Key Responsibilities Direct strategies and operations for leadership development programs and career mobility initiatives Lead teams to create and implement advanced leadership programming and inclusive discussions Develop and execute a comprehensive career mobility strategy and identify internal talent pools Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience 10+ years of leadership development or talent management experience 10+ years of people leadership experience across multiple regions Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design Professional Human Resources Certification and/or Executive Coaching Certification preferred
