Senior Mortgage Technology Consultant

A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Technology Consultant who will work directly with customers to meet their Professional Services needs related to Encompass implementations and optimizations. Key Responsibilities Manage external client relationships by identifying needs and providing solutions based on mortgage workflow knowledge Organize projects using Teamwork Project Management software and lead weekly project calls to ensure clear communication and task completion Develop and configure advanced Encompass solutions and environments, adapting to new workflows and integrations as necessary Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience with the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platform, including advanced programming functions 7+ years of understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements as they apply to production workflows Proficiency in Encompass programming, including business rules and custom setups Experience with Encompass Web, SDK programming, and troubleshooting issues at a root level Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
