Senior Product Scientist
A company is looking for a Senior Product Scientist to lead research and development in workplace assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct statistical analyses to ensure the validity and reliability of pre-hire assessments and develop new assessments
Create and update technical documents for internal and client use, including audit documentation and guides
Collaborate with teams to drive the research agenda and provide insights through literature reviews, item writing, and validation studies
Required Qualifications
Doctoral degree in I/O psychology, organizational behavior, data science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in people analytics or HR software/technology
Strong data analytic skills with expertise in R and psychometric analysis
Knowledge of validity, reliability, and trends in I/O psychology
Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
