A company is looking for a Senior Services Consultant III. Key Responsibilities Deliver quality computer and network software services to enterprise Cloud customers and partners Manage day-to-day operations of the Axway Solution, ensuring service quality meets defined KPIs and SLAs Handle production incidents, implement changes, and conduct technical activities as per ITIL guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 3 years of related experience in B2B and API products in the Global Supply Chain industry Experience with protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP/S, HTTP/s, and others Familiarity with database management systems like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL or MS-SQL Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and shell scripting & Java
