A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Consultant. Key Responsibilities Assess client needs and recommend financial products and services through telephone consultations Manage complex servicing issues and facilitate credit requests, referring larger opportunities as needed Proactively contact clients for financial reviews and meet performance goals related to revenue growth Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree is required 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products is required 7+ years of experience as a Small Business Banker or similar role is preferred 7+ years of phone-based sales experience in banking/financial products is preferred Formal credit training and experience mentoring less experienced team members is preferred
