A company is looking for a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage SQL Server databases for performance, scalability, and security Conduct advanced performance tuning and query optimization for high-traffic systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Proven experience with high-availability solutions such as Always On, clustering, and replication Hands-on experience with cloud-based database systems (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus Advanced knowledge of database security, performance monitoring, and tuning
