Service Desk Coordinator
A company is looking for a Service Desk Workflow Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and assign incidents, requests, and tickets to appropriate support teams
Provide personalized support to Owners and C-Level Executives and manage ticket escalations
Document actions and procedures to maintain an accurate record in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise corporate support setting
At least 3 years of experience with Apple configuration and support
Experience with Active Directory, MS Office, Windows, and Mac environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be available for on-call support
