Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow BCM and ITSM modules to meet business continuity and IT service management requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations related to BCM and ITSM within the ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically in BCM and ITSM configuration and implementation
Strong understanding of business continuity management and IT service management best practices
Experience in developing workflows, forms, and scripts within ServiceNow
Ability to conduct testing and validation of configurations to ensure performance standards
Familiarity with ServiceNow updates and their impact on configurations
