A company is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer (FSM) - Expert in Field Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of FSM solutions, translating functional requirements into technical workflows and integrations
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow FSM modules, ensuring seamless mobile enablement and optimizing technician experiences
Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting and integrate with external systems to enhance field service operations
Required Qualifications
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow FSM, including Dispatch Console and Work Order management
Broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management
Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and client/server scripting
Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system interfaces
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD, with FSM-specific certifications preferred
