Settlement Specialist

A company is looking for a Settlement Specialist responsible for processing Carrier settlements, supplemental billing, and revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities Manage all pay processes including submitting invoices, resolving discrepancies, and entering location into driver's accounts Update and reconcile reserve/security accounts and enter chargebacks consistent with Carrier contracts Create weekly reports such as settlement pay sheets and corrections reports Required Qualifications A minimum of one year in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable is required Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other MS Office products Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility and patience Excellent organizational skills Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform data entry and typing functions
