Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II (Spanish Speaking) to provide outbound phone support and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and establish strong, trust-based relationships to facilitate a smooth introduction to services
Manage a caseload of clients, providing regular check-ins and tailored recommendations throughout their recovery journey
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather client feedback and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success, client management, or related roles
Familiarity with disaster recovery, social services, or related fields is a plus
Proficiency with customer relationship management tools
Experience in an early-stage startup environment is strongly preferred
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
