Key Responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust moderate to high complexity auto claims Manage and support customers through the damages process for both repairable and total loss claims Identify recovery opportunities and collaborate with vendors and internal partners to facilitate claims resolution Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred 3+ years of auto claims experience required Insurance Adjuster License required Prior experience handling fire and theft claims preferred Guidewire ClaimCenter experience strongly preferred
