Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on HR issues and ensure compliance with employment laws Draft and maintain global employment-related policies and contracts Manage legal risks and oversee responses to employment-related claims and investigations Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in employment law as in-house counsel or in a law firm J.D. and membership in good standing with a state bar Deep understanding of federal employment laws and regulations Experience managing employment-related litigation and outside counsel Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and with various stakeholders
