A company is looking for a Lead Employment Counsel to provide legal counsel and strategic advice on employment law matters. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on HR issues and ensure compliance with employment laws Draft and maintain global employment-related policies and contracts Manage legal risks and oversee responses to employment-related claims and investigations Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in employment law as in-house counsel or in a law firm J.D. and membership in good standing with a state bar Deep understanding of federal employment laws and regulations Experience managing employment-related litigation and outside counsel Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and with various stakeholders
