A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Representative - National Remote. Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate system errors reported by customers Assist with escalations from the level 1 team Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Support Reps on customer efforts and issues Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of Customer Service experience Experience interacting with clients or customers in a professional setting Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
