Key Responsibilities Manage the discovery process and ensure proper handling of confidential information Facilitate case settlements and collaborate with servicing business units for optimal outcomes Monitor vendor performance and maintain accurate records in the foreclosure tracking software Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, or State Certified Paralegal A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Banking and/or Mortgage industries Two (2) years of Foreclosure experience Notary Public certification and prior management or leadership experience desired
