A company is looking for a Structure & Payload Design Engineer 3 for a remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities Develops and documents structural and interior payload system requirements Maintains and modifies designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools Manages supplier development and coordinates to optimize design and achieve program goals Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry Typically 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred ABET accreditation for the degree Experience with analytical and test results validation Familiarity with emerging technologies for future product designs
