SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Sr SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements from HR and business units for the SuccessFactors system
Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business needs
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SuccessFactors system, including troubleshooting and enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on HR systems
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and their configuration
Preferred SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules
Certifications in Project Management, Agile, or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
