Support Specialist & Software Integrator
A company is looking for a Support Specialist & Software Integrator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support and troubleshoot software-related issues while adhering to service level agreements
Assist clients with software integration by installing, configuring, and maintaining applications across platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in a support or service management role, preferably in the software or wealth management industry
Strong experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture
Previous experience in software development with knowledge of design, testing, and debugging methodologies
