Technical Account Management Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management, Majors & Enterprise (North/Northeast).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to deliver exceptional service
Collaborate with various teams on strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth
Identify and address technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as TAM or Solutions Engineer
3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams
Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with relevant CSP certifications preferred
Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
