A company is looking for a Technical Analyst 3-Support. Key Responsibilities Deliver solutions and provide strategic technical support to ensure customer satisfaction Create and utilize automated technology to diagnose and resolve customer issues Serve as an expert in addressing complex technical problems for customers Required Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, and troubleshooting related technical issues Knowledge of Smart View, Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems, and Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases Experience in performance tuning of applications and installing software upgrades Ability to conduct remote diagnostics and manage test environments
