Key Responsibilities Deploy and maintain endpoint security applications on College-owned devices Identify and remediate high-risk and out-of-compliance endpoint devices using the ITSM ticketing system Recommend and assist in configuring security policies and procedures Required Qualifications Microsoft certifications are mandatory At least two years of experience in a higher education discipline Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for a minimum of 20 hours/week commitment, with preference for 30+ hours/week initially
