Texas IT Support Specialist
A company is looking for an IT Support & Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage hardware lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment
Maintain an IT support knowledge base and manage user accounts and access controls across IT systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technology support in a remote environment
Experience with MDM solutions and collaboration tools like Google Workspace
Hands-on experience managing IT asset lifecycle
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and security best practices
Ability to document IT processes and contribute to a knowledge base
