Tier 2 Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Specialist responsible for remote support of renewable projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time troubleshooting support for renewable assets
Perform complex operations and assist in developing standard operating procedures
Coordinate with Plant Managers to ensure accurate tracking of third-party work and performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering/science discipline or equivalent experience
2+ years of work experience in a technical role, with 1 year related to renewable projects preferred
Experience using OEM service software in power plant applications
Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CMMS (SAP preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix environment
