Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a range of US-based positions
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of US recruitment experience (BPO or staffing agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices
Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
