A company is looking for a Specialty Medication Access Pharmacy Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations Lead a team by overseeing daily activities, training, and professional development while maintaining fiscal accountability Implement clinical and operational initiatives to improve medication safety and operational efficiencies Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution Licensed to practice pharmacy and eligible to obtain licenses in all operational states Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if required within 90 days of hire Prior experience in a comparable pharmacy practice setting Ability to effectively interpret and utilize data for decision-making
