A company is looking for Remote Non-Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming cases regarding potential toxic exposures and provide medical information to pet owners Document each case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary Manage cases under pressure while interacting with pet owners in distress Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Active CVT/LVT/RVT License with at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic/hospital Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical operations Commitment to a 4-week paid training process with no scheduling conflicts
