A company is looking for a Youth Specialist Supervisor 11. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision for Youth Specialist staff, including intake operations Participate in the selection and training of new staff and conduct evaluations Track inventory and manage corrective actions for staff as needed Required Qualifications and Education Completion of two years of college (60 semester or 90 term credits) with relevant coursework Four years of experience equivalent to a Youth Specialist, including two years at the E9 level or one year at the 10 level Experience in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields is preferred Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check is required Ability to work remotely with necessary equipment and a secure work environment
