Key Responsibilities Drive new business by acquiring customers and generating revenue within the Public Sector practice Lead new business pursuits and nurture client relationships through consultative solution-selling Oversee development of proposals and strategies from opportunity qualification to award, ensuring quality and timeliness Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience selling BPO or technical solutions to Federal and/or State agencies Demonstrated success in selling tech-enabled services that enhance efficiency and customer experiences Proven track record of exceeding targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals Ability to cultivate relationships with C-level executives and influence purchasing decisions Knowledge of the full sales process from prospecting to closing
