Key Responsibilities Lead the design of customized logistics solutions and collaborate with teams to ensure operational success Oversee complex program management and product development, ensuring alignment with customer commitments Build and lead a continuous improvement program to enhance service and cost efficiency across operations Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of experience in Contract Logistics with leadership in strategy, solution design, and continuous improvement Experience managing complex logistics programs and solution selling with end-to-end supply chain expertise Deep understanding of warehousing operations and technology in sectors like CPG, retail, and e-commerce Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred Six Sigma certification and/or formal continuous improvement training is a strong asset
