A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Key Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight and develop operational efficiency models for the RCM functional team Lead initiatives to drive accountability and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business metrics Supervise management teams and oversee program activities to support continuous improvement and operational goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience 12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or a similar field 8+ years of experience working with leadership in a healthcare environment Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices and business processes for large providers Experience in managing multiple high-level projects and teams
