A company is looking for a Family Preservation Services Worker- In Home Services Worker. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement family-specific psychosocial case plans to enhance child safety and reduce risks Support families in accessing resources and services through assessments and strengths-based approaches Provide clinical case management and collaborate with community partners for ongoing family support Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related experience in a Human Services area Preferred possession of a BSW, MSW, or related master's degree Preferred possession of a Commonwealth of Virginia Social Work license Experience in the assigned program area and completion of required training programs is preferred Must meet the eligibility requirements of the County's safe driver policy and be willing to travel
