A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN - Per Diem - National Remote. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical assessment and telephone triage for patients seeking medical advice Schedule appointments and facilitate referrals based on patient needs and triage outcomes Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and ensure high-quality customer service Required Qualifications: Associate's degree (or higher) in Nursing Unrestricted Compact State RN licensure or Wisconsin RN License 1+ years of nursing experience in a primary care clinic or 3+ years in hospital/home care/community settings 1+ years of recent experience working with an EMR, preferably EPIC Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
