A company is looking for an Agency Operations Coordinator to support sales by resolving agent policy remittance payments and related issues. Key Responsibilities Determine root cause and resolve various agent remittance issues Resolve problems with booked orders or cash applications Implement standardized accounting processes and provide continued support to agents Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales support function Standard MS skill set Familiarity with the title process and local title practices Knowledge of industry production systems for assisting agents with policy remittances
