Arizona Licensed Member Care Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic support by answering inbound calls and chats from members, providers, and vendors
Advocate for members by assisting with healthcare navigation and resolving health plan-related questions
Facilitate access to healthcare resources and ensure member satisfaction through effective service
Required Qualifications
5 years of relevant healthcare experience or less with a Bachelor's degree
Ability to accurately describe deductibles, EOBs, and out-of-pocket costs
Understanding of HSA, FSA, and HRA differences
Experience in a healthcare call center and comfort in a metric-driven environment
Insurance or claims background is highly preferred
