Arizona Licensed Quality Improvement Coordinator
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality reviews and audits of delegated entities and physician offices to ensure compliance
Document and resolve complaints and quality of care issues, and develop Corrective Action Plans
Gather data for quality improvement reports and coordinate Quality Improvement Committee activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
3+ years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience
2+ years of experience in a quality function in a healthcare setting
LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred
CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred
